After a couple of weeks of DIYing, deep cleaning and sanitizing (removing a lot of things) in my sister's apartment before the real estate agent's photographer came by last week and cleaning up after the plasterer redid the bathroom's ceiling last Thursday this weekend we're, again, in cleaning mode.

Next Wednesday and Thursday the real estate agent is going to show the apartment. So this weekend I'm deep cleaning the bathroom (third time in three weeks) and kitchen (second time in 10 days) and my own room. On Monday and Tuesday I'm in charge of packing up things and carrying them downstairs to our storage room, though it probably won't be as much as last week. And on Friday I'm carrying all that stuff up again.

I've booked a hotel room (well, capsule in a capsule hotel) from Wednesday until Friday. The real estate agent will arrive at 9 am and I there's a chance the last person viewing the apartment won't leave until 6 or 7 pm. I'm not someone that is able to go shopping or go out for a day for 9 or 10 hours for two days, so a hotel it is.

Not looking forward to it all. I'm just tired of cleaning, packing and unpacking. But after next week we'll have some time to take it easy before we're moving in May or June.
