Thank you for the reply. I converted the same books before with no problem so I know it is not a file issue. I am setting up Calibre again and just tried converting old AZW3 files I had to make sure everything was working properly and I ran into this issue as I recently changed my computer and reinstalled Calibre from new. I guess I can go back into my Time Machine and open Calibre from a year ago and check the output settings.
