Dear DNSB, I have my PMs enabled. Would you please send me the image for Kobo Wifi N647, and guide me how to do next steps in details? My Kobo is dead, i.e. it does not contain any folders when I connect it with my computer, even after doing factory reset. It is also unable to join any networks even those networks are open. When I copy books onto the internal card, it shows "No books found".
