I'm not happy with drivers who drive well below the speed of prevailing traffic especially when they do so in the fast lane of a multi-lane road. OTOH, the people who want to go faster than prevailing traffic changing lanes multiple times in the hopes of saving a few seconds on their trip are much higher in my bad driving habits list.
