I understand your preference, but I wanted to make running batch files possible for people who might want to run multiple commands that can only be packed inside a shell script. Not having Windows to test on makes this difficult for me, so I give up for now.

Yes. It passes for any option you choose in the path groupbox including "containing folder", covers and templates.
