That just looks like a slow startup. Running it multiple times has no effect its the initial launch that will startup. I am guessing something on your machine is interfering. Reboot in safe mode and see if startup is faster. Also you can try turning off smart device startup via Preferences->Plugins->SmartDevice App interface.
