The BBC once called the Elfstedentocht an annual ice skating event that rarely takes place.
Today was another miserable day. Even when the rain radar said it was dry it was still drizzling. But from tomorrow we're getting at least a couple of days of dry and sunny weather. Tonight it's still 6C, but it feels a lot colder. You can even feel it in the apartment.
