I do have one. It was souvenir gift from a trip a couple I knew took in the mid-80's. A bit Art Deco/Art Nouveau looking but it's never been connected to the telco. It's on my to be disposed of list once I finish cleaning up the toys and books.
The PBM has dialed a number by tapping the hook switch.
