Is it possible to add tags based on book author in automated way?
Like this.
Library contains
Book1 by Author1
Book2 by Author2
Book3 by Author2 & Author3 & Author4 (all 3 are seen as separate authors by Calibre)
Book 1 should get additional tag !authors.Author1
Book 2 should get additional tag !authors.Author2
Book 3 should get additional tags !authors.Author2 / !authors.Author3 / !authors.Author4

Reason for this: I do use reading tool which allows clicking on tag in book card and it filters by tag but it doesn't allow to do same by author (filtering by author use done using other, more complex and (in my opinion) user-unfriendly way).
