Kobo N249 Clara HD help
Hello, I would like the firmware image for a Kobo N249 Clara HD and instructions on how to load them please.
I have a Kobo Clara HD which has suddenly bricked itself (3 dots and the 2 arrows in a recycling icon). I've spoken to Kobo and all they can do is offer a discount, which is terrible customer service IMHO. But after a search I've just come across this site and wondered if you could help please.
