I updated my Calibre version today and it lost my dark mode settings. When I checked my Windows 10 themes, I did not have a "dark" theme. To fix calibre, I created a new theme with all my dark settings and named it dark. (Settings>Personalization>Themes>Current theme: Dark.) Calibre immediately updated to the new dark theme.
