Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a currently-reading book migrated from 2023 > 2024.
2. Open Edit Reading Goal. The book will appear as Reading in 2023 and Rereading in 2024. Both will have a full set of records.
3. In 2023, click the book record and Remove from Reading Goal. Then apply. This removes it from both years.
