Nippy (8°) and cloudy with rain on and off.
As a Christmas miracle, when I was walking this morning, I got to see one idiot driver swerve into a puddle and spray a group of pedestrians. The dark coloured SUV behind that vehicle lit up in red and blue and pulled them over. A fine and 3 points was probably not what the driver was looking for as a Christmas present.
