It's still available at Fictionwise - and I think it comes under the current sale so it's cheap too - it just isn't free anymore.
Besides - it has DRM so even if I sent you my copy (which I won't because authors need to eat too) you wouldn't be able to read it.
If you want free books try the uploads section here - or feedbooks or Project Gutenberg or Manybooks or Baen. There are lots of free books out there.
