Star Trek: The Alternative Factor
I... couldn't even follow along with the plot to this one. I guess there's another universe made of antimatter? There's an attempt to explain it towards the end, but it just made me even more confused.
There was also all the weird weird weird scenes involving nebulas and slow-motion shots with inverted colours. Well, it was the 60s.
I think I'll call this episode "The One Where Lieutenant Masters Has a Very Bad Day." First she has to put up with crap coffee:
Later on, the hobo the Enterprise crew rescued from the planet attacks her in order to steal a dilithium crystal. (He also does this while
she's on the intercom with Captain Kirk, resulting in his immediate capture. I'm not sure what he was expecting to happen.)
Later on, she's working on some equipment when it shorts out and all the magic smoke escapes. (Because circuit breakers apparently went out of style by the 23rd century.)
