If you think that it is short-sighted to close off educational opprtunities during a recession, then I agree with you.
Since this massacre is directly linked with funding, could you manage to find and face the source withholders and negociate an increase?

If it is governmental funding, then the goverment is directly responsible for this cut via the law it composed and must be subjected publicly to criticism. Governments are spending recklessly to counter recession, surely a law like that one is counterproductive. Or is this spending reserved for incompetent banker benefit...
