Series name not visible on Kobo if it contains "/"
Kobo Libra H2O with 4.38.21908 firmware, books loaded to device using Calibre 7.1. I purchased the Aubrey/Maturin series of historical novels by Patrick O'Brian, and set them up in Calibre with a series name of Aubrey/Maturin. After uploaded the books to my Kobo and ejecting it, the books were there but I could not find the series name when I went to My Books and Series on the Kobo. I renamed the series in Calibre to Aubrey-Maturin, and updated the metadata on the Kobo, after which the series was visible.
