By default the option doesn't exist.
You can exit sideloadedMode in the GUI settings (without resetting database), and then the config file has SideloadedMode=false.
Thus re-adding after the section heading won't work. The exit will have moved the entry and then to re-enable it needs edited.
You can exit SideloadedMode via GUI but only enter it via editing the config file.
