it's 数字化生存, in chinese with author "unknown".
Also have a big problem when connecting 505 to my macbook, osx 10.5.6 that after calibre find 505, 50% chances that it'll pop up the window saying "The database of books on the reader is corrupted...1: unplug the reader....2. quit calibre, ....." sometimes re-connect or delete the media.xml file works, sometimes do not. sometimes just let it be and it works.. I'm really all confused what's the correct way/step to use it.
seems the media.xml file play an important part in this problem.
It's strange that sometimes the file is 0k, sometimes is 4k, sometimes is media.xml.tmp, sometimes even do not have this file at all. Anyone know how this file was created? by 505 itself? what kind of action will lead 505 to revise the file and how long it takes avoiding the file is 0k or tmp file? How Calibre recognize it properly?
below is the info that last time I try to connect 505, and that media.xml file do not exist for your ref:
Job: **从设备上读取书籍列表**
**IOError**: (2, 'No such file or directory')
**Traceback**:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "calibre/gui2/device.pyo", line 37, in run
File "calibre/gui2/device.pyo", line 140, in _books
File "calibre/devices/prs505/driver.pyo", line 327, in books
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Volumes/PRS SYSTEM/database/cache/media.xml'
Awaiting yours, it's really a headache for me that can not use 505 with calibre as I wished. Many thanks.
