Almost none. You can't even know what you are measuring. You haven't got any data unless you have about $2,500 analyser, minimum. You also need calibrated aerials etc.

I know people that get gear tested for FCC, CSA, CE etc for EMI/RFI etc. They have tens of thousands of Euros of gear in just one their own labs but get specialists to do it.

I have advanced RF equipment and I wouldn't bother trying to test an ereader. You are scare mongering.

No "basic" gear tells you anything quantitative.
