Oh and if you use them, earplugs?

I've stayed over at my sister's place a lot of times, especially during Covid. That being said the first night is always hard to get a proper night's sleep. But I'm so tired of today; waking up two hours before my alarm and the moving and unpacking, that I hope I'll sleep well and long.
But my earplugs are within reach, I've taking my CBD (helps to sleep deeper) and my valerian/magnesium pill (helps me fall asleep faster). As usual I'll listen to a podcast when falling asleep (keeps my mind quiet) and I'm about to start my just-before-bed ritual of listening to metal and playing a couple of rounds of Mahjong. There are two things that might mess up my sleep; my new mattress and the temperature (it's a lot warmer than I've been recently used to).
Tomorrow another busy afternoon is planned, but at least we can all take it easy in the morning (no alarm!).
