Hmmm... It seems it's a problem with J-Novel Club. I tried some epubs from other sources and the content menu works as intended. Which is bizarre, because the epub files came directly from J-Novel Club.
Well, it's not a world-ending problem so it doesn't really affect my experience with MapleRead.
