I got the deal, the coupon, and two extra credits for the hassle, after nearly 90 minutes on the phone with customer service. Most of that time I was on hold, doing online shopping, so it wasn't completely wasted time.
abqkjh, I'm surprised you didn't get the coupon; that was the easiest part. The rep was able to apply that immediately.
