Device: I use the Calibre ebook-viewer on macos and Apple Books on ios.
Ok I think I managed to get the margins to be the right color—

I selected use page margins from the document being converted, but calibre was still using the default 72pt margins that were not the right color. So I had to set those to 0 and define margins in the extra CSS.

I also realized you cannot filter style information to be completely removed if you want to use those categories in the extra CSS, else that will be removed too.
