Wondering about two idiots in a mall parking lot. I got into my car, started the engine and then got to watch the couple going back to the car next to mine park their child in a stroller behind my back bumper before popping their trunk and starting to unload a full shopping buggy.

Feeling the spirit of giving, I flipped the backup alarm switch into manual (three position switch for disable, manual and automatic). The alarm was required to be installed by my last employer so I could claim mileage for using my personal vehicle at work and it is rather loud. Got to watch both of the dimwits jump and start screaming at me.

Who in the possession of a moiety of their senses would park their kid so close to an occupied vehicle that I could only see them in the rear view camera. What they claimed is that they didn't realize that I was in the car and that the engine was running.
