Thanks to everyone for your responses! I was briefly sidetracked by the even bigger Pocketbook Inkpad Lite (and Amazon's $200 BF deal on it), but in the end decided to splurge on a Sage. We'll see how it works out, but I'm pretty confident that it'll be a major upgrade from my old Nook SimpleTouch with its melted shell.
