About the "calibre-debug not working in version 7", same here.

I lookup and confirm that the Calibre folder path has suddenly disappeared from the PATH variable (and so the simple `calibre-debug.exe` cmd don't work) although I have this option enabled.
I perform a "Repair the instalation" and is back (or else go use "Change the instalation" and check the option 'Add install directory to path')

No idea of 'how' is happened, so yeah maybe some Windows shit.
