I've been posting on Boox's forum for several months now and never seen this. Just now I answered a question from a poster regarding what to do when the customer support from Boox ignored him/her.
And I got the "pending approval" blue box for my post.
In general, I've been pretty happy with my Boox TabUltraC. But there seems to be many complains about services. I'm having second thoughts committing to an ecosystem that ignores/sensors customers...
