It's really intriguing what you're describing. For instance, the plugin does not update past years' records. You can even delete the book from calibre and the record would still be preserved (this is not possible for the current year). So, I don't understand how adding the book to the current year could delete it from the 2022's goal.

I found *MY fault*. The book was marked as read but the percentage was set to 0, that's was the issue, sorry to bother you.
