i *prefer* to curl up with a liseuse rather than a paper book. it's so much more comfortable for one-handed reading, and i can read in any position (in bed, on my side...) without worrying about the book falling closed, or having the prop up the heavy side, or the top half blocking the light... much more cuddly than a paper book (particularly a hardback, or an omnibus edition weighing 3 tonnes...
