Alas, I'm in Canada, lol.
It was an ISP glitch - the post's been deleted now, but I found a post on a local subreddit mentioning other traffic routing through my ISP getting stuck in a loop. Weird that MobileRead (and the webhost, Hetzner) are the only sites I had trouble with.
