My Govee strip lights worked well for quite a while but now have gotten flaky. A routine turns them on at sunset but recently they fail to light and it takes several manual commands before they respond. No indication of a connection problem, Alexa says "OK" but nothing happens. They're plugged in only a few feet from the router.

I have to give some credit to Kasa - smart switches and plugs far from router are working flawlessly so far and recover from power outages with no problems. (Some other brands, e.g. Sengled, have to be deleted and set up again from scratch after outages). I suppose I should mention that my router is a TP-Link AX5400 - that may be a factor in the reliability of Kasa products.
