Do you find any advantage at for ordering at Amazon rather than through Nespresso directly? I have never seen any difference in price, and for me, Nespresso orders easily get free shipping, arrive within two or three days at most, and come with tasting samples and recycling bags. I've even stopped driving up to the one mall in my area with a Nespresso store to buy them in person.

Silly, silly Issy. They don't need to make the AI better. They will just keep on using humans who are more and more ignorant, incompetent and illiterate, until even the worst chat-bot seems the more desirable choice. They are very close in many cases now.
