Due to CAN-SPAM act there must be an easy way to unsubscribe from their mailings. You won't get flooded with promotional emails.

This is great to hear that actually some publishers think out their promotions. Email marketing is the most effective tool of promotion. (It's like $47 from every $1 invested in it.)

Not capturing prospects' emails is just plain stupid.
