Actually, with the notable exception of L. Ron Hubbard's story, nearly all of the others are available as individual stories at Project Gutenberg, in a variety of formats. I download the EPUBs, and I've been very happy with them.

Of course, if you're interested in the columns and want a real feel for the fandom of the day, the whole magazine could still be a good deal.
