Kindle PW4 is stuck on restarting. Is it dead or have a chance?

Hi all, my Kindle seems to be dead. Something happened at night and it has not woken up at morning. It is showing "Your Kindle is restarting" message on the screen and it's not changed after reboot. The log from TTL is:
