Have you tried disabling GPU acceleration? See Qt WebEngine Debugging and Profiling . What you want to do is to set a environment variable called QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS with the value set to --disable-gpu which seems to help with some odd issues with the viewer and video drivers.
Try changing the colour scheme to a non-system mode (black, white, whatever) and see if that shows the progress though on my system, it makes no difference. If so, we will know a bit more about what your issue is.

Thank you I have managed to take the screenshot and will attach it below but pardon how do you change the environment variables in calibre? Should I add the Flag's in the program's launch section?
Lastly I have tried to set the color preferences to white, sepia light and black and still nothing
