That aside, I would suspect that your Q27453434 id comes from Wikidata. A quick check might be to see if you have the WikiData metadata plugin installed and if you own Hunting Ground by Patricia Briggs, it shows wd:Q27614675 as an ID.
BTW, it took about 1 minute to find that information.

I have all the id's to make sure that the information is correct in Goodreads, Library Thing and My own library. I also use the identifiers to import the csv files of their libraries to make sure that they are synced.
I don't know why I didn't try and click on the link in details.
If I am having trouble figuring out why a specific book in Library Thing isn't matching up with what I have in my library then I can see the identifiers used to get it right. Also, in order to IMPORT into these and other online libraries you need to have the ISBNs
I even have one for the different Amazon id's so I can import the reading session and whispersync and audible data from their website.
I'm a data hoarder, most of this stuff is just so I can import the catalogs. Plus it's helpful in identifying books across libraries if they are all the same.
