In the GUI - not as far as I know.
On Windows there's a Configuration file 'windows_open_with.json', each Open with spec has a "cmdline" entry which contains something like: "\"C:\\Program Files\\Honeyview\\Honeyview.exe\" \"%1\""
I guess you could edit that.
