Try using the PrintScreen key to capture the entire screen, paste it to the image program of your choice and then save it. I also use the Windows Snipping Tool and it will allow me to select the entire screen just less convenient.

Have you tried disabling GPU acceleration? See Qt WebEngine Debugging and Profiling . What you want to do is to set a environment variable called QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS with the value set to --disable-gpu which seems to help with some odd issues with the viewer and video drivers.

Try changing the colour scheme to a non-system mode (black, white, whatever) and see if that shows the progress though on my system, it makes no difference. If so, we will know a bit more about what your issue is.
