Hi, can you please send me an image for N418 Libra 2?
I tried to downgrade the firmware and something went wrong. Now it will start (after 30 sec pressing power button) but immediately power down after 1 or 2 seconds with the message to charge the reader. Charging doesn't help and it was fully charged when doing the downgrade. Reset (holding down page-turn and power buttons) doesn't work either, same result as just pressing power button for 30sec.
