It's that time again that I have to call DHL to complain.
Last weekend I ordered a new pillow, it was shipped on Monday and according to DHL's own track and trace it should have been delivered on Tuesday. It never left the local depot. The delivery date was changed to Wednesday, when it did leave the depot, and the delivery person even rang the doorbell, but then couldn't find my package in his van. The delivery date was changed to Thursday. Again, it didn't leave the depot; delivery was "interrupted". So it should arrive today now.
So I'm about to call DHL to ask if that really is going to happen or not. I have saved their number in my phone.
