Sunny autumn afternoon after walk win. Got to watch one person sitting at an outside table at Starbucks yelling at anyone who walked by them with a dog to control their <expletive deleted> animal. Possibly some fear that a passing dog would jump up and spill their Starbucks' drink? Oddly none of the 4 dogs I saw showed any sign of interest before the screaming.
