Just in case the OP can't figure how to enter Viewer Prefs:

Show viewer preferences

Existing shortcuts:
Ctrl+,
Ctrl+Escape
Meta+Escape
Meta+,

(also, Search the Net is on the Globe icon, or the 'S' shortcut)
