They post on their Twitter account and I'm active on there. Not sure if they post on Facebook.
It would be nice if they featured at the top of their website, but it's almost like these are hidden.
It's usually the first to fourth day of the month they'll do the sale announcement in a random tweet

They actually post a lot, so you will have to scroll down a bit and then you will see the two book covers by each other with the announcement. They did the tweet for this month on 10-1
I only know of this account and these sales always seem horror themed. That's a great question on their other genres and sales, not sure.
