Just a note to thank you DNSB and to inform other users with the same problem as I had.

Following DNSB's advice, I went into my Kobo account and simply changed the name of the country for billing (without having to produce any documentation on this, which however I would have been able to do!! ) and after an update on the Kobo, Overdrive appeared on the list of settings. A miracle!
