No, I think the answer is on page 11 of the manual where it discusses the "notification panel." There it shows a drop down box where you can turn on "USB file transfer." What it DOESN'T explain, however, is HOW to get that box to drop down. I have tried swiping evry which way and tapping everything on that page and still can't get that menu to appear.
