Not without tweaking the setting manually (in `settings.reader.lua`) *outside* of KOReader.

The key is `autoshutdown_timeout_seconds`, and, as it implies, the value is in seconds

There's already been a fair amount of bike-shedding as to why this isn't doable from the UI, so, let's not go there
