Fictionwise have an excellent support ; a month ago I wrote an email complaining about the publisher of a book I bought at FW, and which was riddled with OCR errors. I had taken screenshots on my iPhone (using Stanza) of all the pages in error, sent them to Fictionwise, and they :
  1. offered to refund (which I declined)
  2. harrassed the publisher until it corrected the book
  3. emailed me that I could download a revised edition

Unfortunately, as the eBook bubble grows, publishers want to be part of it but not invest a kopek in proof-reading or technology investment...

At least, by sticking to a bookseller company with good support, problems can be solved ...
