Add to the bicycles the electric scooters (that look like a motorbike) that have popped up in recently years, I see a lot of them on my walks and pretty much always the driver doesn’t where a helmet, I’m sure if they have an accident nothing will happen to them because everyone knows that helmets are for riding motorcycles, and if it isn’t mandatory surely it’s because they are unnecessary for that kind of vehicle.

In contrast I often cross paths with two electric scooters (the ones where you travel standing) users that are all geared up, one looks like he is going to do a motocross ride, if he falls is chances to come away in good condition are pretty good compared to the other ones.
